About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the development of influencer campaign strategies using data-driven insights
- Build and execute influencer campaigns from brief creation and sourcing to contracting and reporting
- Manage influencer relationships and provide necessary tools and guidance
- Monitor campaign performance and provide timely reporting and optimization insights
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to align campaigns with client goals
- Analyze campaign execution and stay updated on industry trends and platform updates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or client services
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver in a customer-facing role
- Passion for the creator economy and emerging social trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency or high-growth SaaS experience
