Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with Etihad's brand goals
• Identify and onboard suitable influencers that align with brand values
• Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns
• Manage the creation and delivery of influencer content
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and industry contacts
• Negotiate contracts and manage influencer partnerships to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with influencers to generate engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and vlogs
• Ensure influencer-generated content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience with a global social or digital agency, or in-house at a major brand
• Demonstrated experience in influencer management with a strong background in strategy, planning, and execution
• Proven experience in project management and working with agencies and external partners
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Background in aviation, travel, tourism, or lifestyle is preferable
