About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with Etihad's brand goals
- Identify and onboard suitable influencers that align with brand values
- Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns
- Manage the creation and delivery of influencer content
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and industry contacts
- Negotiate contracts and manage influencer partnerships to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with influencers to generate engaging content including posts, stories, videos, and vlogs
- Ensure influencer-generated content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with a global social or digital agency, or in-house at a major brand
- Demonstrated experience in influencer management with a strong background in strategy, planning, and execution
- Proven experience in project management and working with agencies and external partners
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Background in aviation, travel, tourism, or lifestyle is preferable
