About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Manage the full proposal and quotation lifecycle, including renewals and order processing
- Engage with end users, contractors, and consultants to clarify requirements
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to support pipeline management
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for seamless handover and order execution
- Ensure compliance with company standards and business governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer support, preferably in Security or IT solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Fire, HVAC, Controls, or Security solutions
- Experience supporting PSA, renewal, or recurring service business
- Familiarity with tenders, quotation preparation, or contract administration
