About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance objectives
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze trends to drive revenue and achieve team quotas
- Use CRM data and performance metrics to drive targeted coaching and optimize team conversion
- Effectively interview, hire, and train high-performing sales representatives
- Manage day-to-day sales performance and deliver timely feedback
- Maintain high employee engagement in a remote work environment
- Ensure correct usage and optimization of CRM and other sales applications
Requirements
- 2+ years leading a quota-carrying inside sales team
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Completion of a 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead a high-volume sales environment (75-90 calls per day)
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends
