Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
• Streamline sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs and prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 6-8 years' experience in sales management with a track record of exceeding targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite
