About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc inspections of buses, bus stops, stations and shelters
- Verify accuracy of timetables, stop equipment and real-time information displays
- Issue violations to non-compliant drivers, operators and users under RTA regulations
- Supervise installation and removal of stop frames, timetables and poles during network updates
- Maintain databases of inspection findings, stop-level data and equipment status
- Submit daily inspection reports and compliance assessments to the supervisor
Requirements
- High school plus 5 years of experience, or diploma plus 2 years
- Knowledge of governance and compliance
- Understanding of inspection principles and standards
- Knowledge of legislative compliance
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and traffic environments
