About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate collection, consolidation and validation of institutional and program data
- Liaise with data owners across the university to verify and reconcile data
- Support MOHESR, CAA and KHDA regulatory data submissions and reporting
- Monitor data quality, completeness, accuracy and consistency
- Maintain institutional databases, reporting trackers and supporting documentation
- Coordinate OBEF KPI data collection and supporting evidence
- Support quality assurance documentation, reports and procedural guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Sciences, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related field
- Strong data analysis, business intelligence and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UAE higher education quality, compliance and regulatory requirements
