Institutional Relations Senior Manager (Middle East & SEA)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute institutional engagement strategies supporting business goals
• Represent Fever before government authorities, public institutions and associations
• Foster partnerships with municipalities, ministries and cultural institutions
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and advise internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain a strong institutional network at local, regional and national levels
• Prepare leadership for institutional meetings and act as spokesperson when required
• Create briefings, policy position papers and institutional decks

Requirements

• 5+ years in public affairs, institutional or government relations, or business development
• Trust-based relationships with public sector stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of institutional and regulatory environments
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English and local language(s)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in culture, tourism, events, tech or innovation sectors
• Experience with public grants, cultural funding or EU-level institutions
• Background in law, political science, public policy or international relations
• Familiarity with public procurement processes or licensing protocols
