About the role
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze data and statistics to prepare institutional reports
- Administer surveys to support institutional research, planning, and evaluation
- Coordinate external data reporting and ensure data accuracy across academic and administrative offices
- Develop dashboards, analytical reports, and performance indicators
- Follow up on action plans developed from surveys to ensure completion
- Support regulatory, accreditation, and ranking reporting requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, business analytics, information systems, mathematics, economics, social sciences, or education
- 2-4 years of professional experience in data collection, statistical analysis, and interpretation
- Strong communication skills with native-level English proficiency
- Understanding of higher-education data domains (admissions, enrollment, retention, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and writing Arabic
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with data cleaning and visualization
- Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI
- Experience with SPSS, R, Python, or similar analytical software
- Familiarity with UAE MoHESR/CAA requirements and accreditation standards
