Responsibilities
- Coach and develop educators into highly effective professionals through 1:1 sessions and instructional observation
- Monitor team-level student engagement, progress, retention, and intervention data
- Lead instructional execution and intervention planning to ensure student success
- Partner with students and families during escalations to resolve concerns and rebuild trust
- Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
- Build and refine operational tools, playbooks, and checklists to improve consistency
- Support hiring and selection of exceptional educators
- Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program
- Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states
- 5+ years of experience in education, educational technology, or a related industry
- 5+ years of experience in a service-oriented environment serving students or families
- 3+ years of experience in people management
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems
- Ability to pass required background checks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Asana or similar task management tools
- Proven ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
