Responsibilities

• Coach and develop educators into highly effective professionals through 1:1 sessions and instructional observation
• Monitor team-level student engagement, progress, retention, and intervention data
• Lead instructional execution and intervention planning to ensure student success
• Partner with students and families during escalations to resolve concerns and rebuild trust
• Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Build and refine operational tools, playbooks, and checklists to improve consistency
• Support hiring and selection of exceptional educators
• Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
• Teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program
• Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states
• 5+ years of experience in education, educational technology, or a related industry
• 5+ years of experience in a service-oriented environment serving students or families
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems
• Ability to pass required background checks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Asana or similar task management tools
• Proven ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
