Responsibilities

  • Advise customers via telephone regarding insurance products for installment loan protection
  • Determine individual customer needs and provide tailored solutions using internal systems
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through strong service orientation
  • Handle incoming inquiries (no cold calling)
  • Utilize modern communication tools and digital closing processes

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales)
  • Service-oriented mindset and passion for credit products
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • High reliability and an engaged way of working
  • Motivation for professional development
  • Ideally a completed commercial vocational training
