About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for VIP referral-source clients
- Run brief intake calls introducing the firm and next steps
- Confirm clients have spoken with intake before firm countersigns agreements
- Support the intake team with attorney-level judgment on intake questions
- Hand off new matters cleanly to intake, case management and the attorney
Requirements
- J.D. from any accredited U.S. law school
- Excellent phone presence and people skills
- Comfort working at pace with afternoon and evening call peaks
- Sound judgment and strong ethical instincts
- Willingness to join an on-call rotation including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish
