About the role
Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to define requirements and develop solutions
- Perform user research and observation to transform mental models into user interfaces
- Develop user profiles, usability requirements, use cases, and scenarios
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile solutions using storyboards and mockups
- Prototype designs iteratively to represent the UI and user research findings
- Utilize cognitive techniques to evaluate interfaces with end users
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, HCI, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in User Centered Design / HCI
- 3+ years of experience in User Research
- 3+ years of experience in Interaction Design
- 3+ years of experience in designing web and mobile interfaces
- 3+ years of experience developing user requirements and scenarios
- Proficiency with prototype tools such as Balsamiq, Visio, or similar
