About the role
Responsibilities
- Upload and organize approved meeting notes and project files in SharePoint
- Assist project leads in executing approved RingCentral AI agent test scenarios
- Prepare and coordinate approved documents for Oracle and Praxis stakeholders
- Assist with device inventory reconciliation and an iPad assignment audit
- Support meeting scheduling, attendee coordination, and follow-up logistics
- Complete assigned Oracle Health online learning and track course completion
- Assist in organizing the Oracle implementation Microsoft Teams channel structure
Requirements
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a business, healthcare administration, information systems, or related program preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate with clinical and technical teams
- Interest in healthcare technology, EHR implementation, and AI applications
