About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct operational, financial, compliance, and IT audits across various departments
- Develop risk-based annual audit plans
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend practical improvements
- Evaluate compliance with aviation regulations and corporate governance frameworks
- Perform fraud risk assessments and investigate irregularities
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations
- Provide advisory services to management on process enhancements
- Conduct audits of subsidiary and affiliated companies within the group
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent (CPA, ACCA)
- Professional certificates such as CIA are highly desirable
- 4-5 years of working experience in Internal Audit, preferably in Aviation
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent business writing and reporting skills
What we look for
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CPA, ACCA)
- CIA certificate highly desirable
- 4-5 years Internal Audit experience
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
