About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and perform internal audit procedures, collecting and analysing evidence
- Provide recommendations for improvement using independent judgment
- Prepare accurate internal audit reports and present results to the Manager
- Communicate audit results to the team
- Review systems, policies and procedures for compliance with laws and regulations
- Maintain Professional Practice of Internal Auditing and Code of Ethics standards
- Suggest risk management inclusion in new processes and systems
- Prepare timely and accurate department statements and reports
Requirements
- Internal audit experience
- Knowledge of laws, regulations and risk management
