Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
- Build strong relationships with job seekers and company partners
- Use social media to engage, attract, and source top talent
- Collaborate with an international team using Slack, Google Drive, and TeamTailor
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in recruitment or sales
- Comfortable using social media as a recruitment tool
- Solid English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
- Energetic, creative, and people-oriented personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience living, studying, or working abroad
