Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
• Build strong relationships with job seekers and company partners
• Use social media to engage, attract, and source top talent
• Collaborate with an international team using Slack, Google Drive, and TeamTailor
• Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Energetic, creative, and people-oriented personality
• Experience or strong interest in recruitment or sales
• Proficiency in using social media as a recruitment tool
• Solid English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
• Ability to work 100% remotely with a reliable internet connection
