We deliver strategic foresight and evidence-based advisory through in-depth field research and cutting-edge analysis methods. We operate across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, working with governments, donors, NGOs, and private sector actors.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing research, analysis, and project delivery
• Draft background briefs and contribute to written reports and presentations
• Organize training programmes
• Collect and synthesize data
• Monitor developments in regions of interest

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's, Doctorate, or apprenticeship (level 7+)
• Background in History, Political Science, International Development, Security Studies, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or Engineering
• Strong qualitative research and analysis skills OR proven experience in quantitative analysis and statistical methods
• Proficiency in Python, R, Stata, SQL/No-SQL or similar (for quantitative tracks)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English
