About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical interviews with software developers through Karat's platform
- Evaluate candidates on fundamental coding skills, technical knowledge, and communication
- Provide objective input on coding style and approach to mitigate bias
- Collaborate with Karat to test interview content, processes, and products
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting technical interviews focusing on data structures and algorithms
