Investment Associate

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of M&A, direct investment, and strategic transactions, including sourcing and screening
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, transaction IRR, valuation, and sensitivity analyses)
• Conduct and coordinate financial, commercial, operational, tax, and legal due diligence
• Prepare investment memoranda and transaction materials for the Investment Committee
• Support deal structuring and commercial negotiations
• Research and evaluate private market fund managers across Buyout, Growth, Venture, Credit, and Infrastructure
• Monitor existing fund and direct investments, including NAV, distributions, and IRR
• Maintain investment dashboards and track market trends and valuation benchmarks

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Corporate Development
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA or CAIA qualification
• Experience with Capital IQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg, or similar investment platforms
