About the role
Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate investment opportunities against the Group's investment criteria
- Build and maintain financial models, valuations and returns analysis
- Support execution of acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic investments
- Analyse capital structures and financing options with banks and institutions
- Lead financial, commercial and operational due diligence and risk assessment
- Prepare investment memoranda and Investment Committee papers
- Monitor portfolio performance against approved business cases
Requirements
- Up to 7-10 years in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A or real estate investment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics or Business
- Experience building financial models and valuations from scratch
- Real estate or GCC transaction experience is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA, CA or MBA (Finance)
