About the role
Responsibilities
- Source Al Khair / Tadawul products to specified target segments and achieve assigned targets
- Maintain relationships with institutions and governmental departments
- Visit institutions and governmental departments to meet potential customers and finalize business deals
- Deliver timely and prompt service to customers
- Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications ensuring accuracy and authenticity of documents (Bank Statements, Passports, Salary Certificates)
- Execute Murabaha contracts on behalf of ADIB
- Initiate cross-selling of other banking products
- Escalate customer complaints to supervisor level
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of ADIB's Retail Banking products and services
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Sales skills and computer literacy
- Awareness of local market competitors
- Ability to maintain data confidentiality and secrecy norms
