About the role
Responsibilities
- Source Sahel products to specified target segments and achieve assigned targets
- Maintain relationships with business entities and individuals
- Visit potential companies and institutions to finalize business deals
- Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications ensuring document authenticity
- Execute Murabaha contracts and prepare files for card issuance
- Ensure all applications are error-free and rectify errors promptly
- Initiate cross-selling of other banking products
- Escalate customer complaints to supervisor level
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of retail banking products and services
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Strong sales and computer skills
- Awareness of local market competitors
- Ability to maintain data confidentiality and secrecy norms
