About the role
Responsibilities
- Source New to Bank Covered card products to specified target segments and achieve assigned targets
- Prepare and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) for all customer and company visits
- Build and maintain relationships with business entities and individuals
- Visit potential companies and institutions to finalize business deals within targeted turnaround times
- Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications ensuring accuracy and authenticity of documents (Cheques, Bank Statements, Passports, Emirates ID, etc.)
- Execute Murabaha contracts on behalf of ADIB and manage card issuance formalities
- Monitor card disbursement and escalate delays
- Initiate cross-selling of other banking products
- Escalate customer complaints to supervisors immediately
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of Covered Card and other RBG products and services
- Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Strong sales and computer skills
- Familiarity with local market competitors
- Ability to maintain data confidentiality and adhere to secrecy norms
