About the role
Responsibilities
- Source Al Khair / Tadawul personal finance products to the specified target segment and meet assigned targets
- Maintain relationships with institutions and governmental departments
- Visit institutions and government departments to meet potential customers and finalize deals
- Prepare and review credit applications and verify critical documents before DSPU processing
- Execute Murabaha contracts with customers and forward files for disbursement within 24 hours
- Escalate approval delays and customer complaints to supervisors
- Initiate cross-sell of other banking products
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of ADIB retail banking products and services
- Sales skills, service standards knowledge and computer skills
- Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks
- General awareness of local market competitors
