IT Analyst (UAE National Role)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system-related issues
• Provide functional and technical support to users
• Support system enhancements, changes, testing, and implementation
• Work with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Support automation, digital transformation, and emerging technology initiatives
• Monitor applications and help ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLAs
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and issue records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technology solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Good understanding of technology, applications, and software development concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship or professional experience are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is an advantage but not essential

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL and database fundamentals
• Python or other programming/scripting languages
• Application and technical support experience
• Interest in automation, digital solutions, AI, data, cloud, or other emerging technologies
