About the role
Responsibilities
- Own user access control provisioning and procedures for identified IT services and tools
- Ensure key access controls are maintained and adhered to
- Manage access requests with IT teams and department leaders
- Update policies and standard operating procedures
- Author documentation for new access control mechanisms as systems are introduced
- Perform helpdesk services where applicable and trained
