About the role
Responsibilities
- Own management and development of the macOS, Windows, and iOS endpoint environment
- Translate security and compliance requirements into practical endpoint controls
- Own endpoint patching and vulnerability remediation within SLAs
- Build scripts and automation to deploy configurations and reduce manual administration
- Build health checks and monitoring for configuration drift and unhealthy devices
- Lead technical projects from planning through testing and deployment
- Resolve complex endpoint issues and root causes
Requirements
- 5+ years in endpoint engineering, systems administration, or IT infrastructure
- Strong macOS and Windows administration and troubleshooting
- Hands-on enterprise MDM administration, such as Microsoft Intune
- Experience with enterprise patching and vulnerability remediation
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Ability to investigate complex problems using logs, telemetry, and diagnostics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience translating security requirements such as CIS Benchmarks and NIST 800-171
