About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support for technologies and recommend improvements
- Work with stakeholders to develop views of product performance and quality
- Contribute to work estimates and deliver against them
- Assist other IT departments with troubleshooting and tasks
- Evaluate new industry software and infrastructure technologies
- Ensure application and infrastructure quality through testing and IT standards
- Build necessary test data
- Ensure applications and infrastructure meet security standards
- Identify and report technology risks
- Maintain documented processes, best practices, and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Typically 5+ years of relevant experience
