IT Governance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and documentation of IT governance processes, including preparing meeting materials and tracking action items
• Assist in compiling compliance records, updating roadmaps, and coordinating communications across teams
• Contribute to the review and refinement of policies, procedures, and governance documentation
• Support the transformation and operations of IT Governance
• Work with the IT Governance Team to refine IT Governance Board strategy and processes
• Assist with redesigning the Architecture Review Board and implementing automation
• Act as a bridge between technical IT teams and leadership to ensure efficient and secure technology use

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an information technology related field
• Two years of professional IT experience
• Two years of experience in data governance, data analysis, or data management
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain a public trust investigation
• Proficiency in industry standards and best practice data governance and management methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
