Job description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT governance activities including board processes and compliance initiatives
  • Lead meeting logistics, agenda planning, and follow-up communications
  • Develop documentation and implement process improvements to advance technology objectives
  • Refine and enhance IT Governance Board (ITGB) strategy and processes
  • Assist with redesigning the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and implementing automation
  • Update governance frameworks by reviewing policies and implementing revisions
  • Support compliance initiatives through monitoring regulatory requirements and assisting in audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
  • 5+ years of professional IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data analysis, or data management
  • Ability to pass and maintain a public trust investigation
  • Proficiency in industry standards for data governance and management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
