About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT governance activities including board processes and compliance initiatives
- Lead meeting logistics, agenda planning, and follow-up communications
- Develop documentation and implement process improvements to advance technology objectives
- Refine and enhance IT Governance Board (ITGB) strategy and processes
- Assist with redesigning the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and implementing automation
- Update governance frameworks by reviewing policies and implementing revisions
- Support compliance initiatives through monitoring regulatory requirements and assisting in audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field
- 5+ years of professional IT experience
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data analysis, or data management
- Ability to pass and maintain a public trust investigation
- Proficiency in industry standards for data governance and management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
