About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure including hardware, networks, and identity management
- Manage relationships with IT support partners and vendors
- Provide hands-on technical support for employees and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Own IT security practices, including endpoint security, access controls, and HIPAA compliance management
- Build and run repeatable processes for provisioning and de-provisioning equipment and systems access
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures for a highly regulated environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or related technical roles
- Experience in a highly regulated industry (healthcare/HIPAA experience strongly preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of endpoint management, networking, and IT security
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to work in a startup environment and create processes from scratch
- Willingness to travel periodically to support regional care teams in person
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
