About the role
Responsibilities
- Run governance rituals: schedule and facilitate cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closure
- Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams
- Track dependencies across streams (Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support) and escalate blockers proactively
- Maintain and continuously improve process documentation on Confluence/SharePoint
- Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management
- Support the Release & QA Management lead with workload coordination and ad-hoc PMO activities
Requirements
- Exposure to Murex (MX.3) environments, binary patch cycles, or vendor coordination with Murex
- Ability to facilitate cross-stream meetings and manage governance
- Proficiency in status reporting and risk tracking
- English: C1 Advanced
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tooling
- Experience with PEGA-based workflows
- Experience with test management tools like MxTest
- Prior experience standing up or maturing PMO/governance functions
