About the role
Responsibilities
- End-to-end deployment support for the Gemini programme across Buccellati's Dubai boutiques
- Coordination of market readiness activities to ensure operational prerequisites are met
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, Retail Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Ensuring business processes align with the Group template and escalating local gaps
- Tracking project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking
- Change management support to drive user adoption
- Coordination of training activities and facilitation of new operating procedures
- Monitoring post go-live performance and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Background in Project Management, Business Transformation, Retail Operations, or Digital Transformation
- Familiarity with luxury retail or omnichannel retail environments preferred
- Confident working knowledge of SAP environments and system workflows
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capability
- Fluent in English and Arabic
