About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT products
- Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals
- Follow up with leads to convert opportunities into sales
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / B.E. IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn about IT products and solutions
- Basic knowledge of IT products, networking, or technology is an advantage
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
