About the role
Responsibilities
- Engineer, administer and optimize Palo Alto Cortex XDR and XSIAM platform configurations and endpoint policies
- Maintain endpoint agent health and troubleshoot connectivity, installation, upgrade and policy issues
- Plan and execute enterprise agent deployments, upgrades, migrations and phased rollouts
- Develop PowerShell, Python and REST API automation for platform administration and reporting
- Partner with infrastructure, desktop, cloud and security teams to resolve complex platform issues
- Create runbooks, procedures and documentation; support change management and on-call coverage
Requirements
- Experience managing endpoint security with Cortex XDR and/or Cortex XSIAM
- Endpoint agent support across Windows, macOS, Linux, server and VDI environments
- Scripting and automation with PowerShell, Python or REST APIs
Preferred Qualifications
- 6-10 years of relevant endpoint security experience
- Bachelor of Technology or equivalent degree
