Jira Expert - Software Integrator

Responsibilities

• Implement Jira Software, Confluence, and related Atlassian products for clients
• Customize and integrate Atlassian products with client systems
• Provide high-quality customer support on-site or remotely
• Collect functional and technical requirements and write technical specifications
• Perform functional and technical administration of Jira and Confluence
• Manage and analyze log files to extract relevant problems
• Handle testing and validation as QA for products and add-ons
• Perform SQL debugging of databases including Oracle, MSSQL, or MySQL

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science
• 0-2 years of experience as a Java Developer or enterprise systems implementer
• Expertise in Jira administration and implementation
• Skills in business process engineering and designing ALM, SDLC, ITSM, or BPM workflows
• Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, and Web Services
• Experience with Active Directory, Unix, and Web/App/DB Servers
• Scripting skills in Shell or Windows command line
• Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL certification
• PMP certification
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum
