Job Posting Title Strategy and Business Development Principal, International Health - Cigna Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Leading high-priority strategic projects that support International Health's growth, performance, and long-term objectives
• Conducting market, competitor, customer, and industry analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
• Developing insights, recommendations, and executive-level presentations that support strategic decision-making
• Supporting portfolio strategy development and key planning processes, including annual strategy and business planning
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across the International Health portfolio to evaluate opportunities, refine strategic priorities, and support execution
• Evaluating growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships, market expansion, organic initiatives, and inorganic activity

Requirements

• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, business transformation, or a related strategic discipline
• Strong financial analysis skills combined with commercial acumen and the ability to develop robust business cases and evaluate performance
• Experience assessing markets, competitors, customers, and growth opportunities
• A track record of leading strategic projects from initial analysis through recommendation and implementation
• Ability to influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders through clear, compelling communication
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to structure ambiguous business challenges, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively across a global, matrixed organization
• Ability to leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of work output
