About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of assigned corporate clients
- Assist with onboarding new accounts including KYB and KYC documentation
- Help client HR and finance teams use the Payroll Portal
- Log and follow up on escalations affecting payroll processing
- Support field visits and on-site training for client employees
- Help grow accounts by encouraging app registrations and card activations
- Gather referrals and pass qualified leads to sales teams
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM
- Prepare reports on account activity and portfolio health
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Fast learner and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- CRM experience is a plus
- Interest in payments, fintech, or financial services
- Valid UAE driver's license and own car is an advantage
