Jr. Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with customers to understand their goals and workflows
• Plan and guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training
• Support existing customers via QBRs, feature highlights, and general support
• Contribute to support systems including webinars, in-product guides, and the Help Center
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate customer feedback into the product roadmap
• Identify expansion and referral opportunities through client relationships
• Track key metrics such as churn, time to first value, and net promoter score
• Experiment with AI and new tools to optimize customer workflows

Requirements

• Previous experience working directly with customers or clients
• Background in a startup, entrepreneurial, or build-it-yourself environment
• Ability to work autonomously and be driven by outcomes rather than tasks
• Strong strategic and creative thinking skills
• Proficiency in using AI and automation tools to increase productivity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
