Jr Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Create and update graphics, layouts, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, newsletters, flyers, brochures, and web content
• Apply Seneca brand standards, typography, color, and imagery to ensure consistent visual identity
• Prepare design files for digital publication, print production, and distribution
• Collaborate with the MarComm team and internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback and meet project timelines
• Review design work for accuracy, quality, and alignment with project specifications
• Maintain organized creative files and design assets for version control and reuse
• Conduct research on design trends and communication formats

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a focus in Graphic Design or a related degree
• Foundational knowledge of graphic design principles, including layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to incorporate feedback while managing multiple assignments
• Portfolio link showcasing previous work in graphic design and branding

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing communications, or a related creative support role
• Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva, and photography
