Junior Accountant (Arabic Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance activities
• Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting transactions
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with bank reconciliations and verification of financial transactions
• Support monthly financial reports and account reconciliations
• Assist senior accountants with routine accounting activities
• Ensure supporting documents are properly organized
• Assist with data entry in the ERP/accounting system
• Support internal and external audit requirements
• Follow company financial policies and accounting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial principles
• Knowledge of journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
