About the role
About the Company
Sony Music ME is the leading international label in the MENA region operating within the Arabic music space. Headquartered in Dubai, the label works across a vast region comprising Egypt, Lebanon, and the GCC, creating world-class campaigns for artists.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, bookkeeping, and invoicing to comply with regulatory requirements
- Manage Purchase Orders, Vendor/Customer creation, and invoice submission
- Support forecasting, annual budgeting, VAT, audit, and tax filings
- Maintain office operations including visa applications, renewals, and medical insurance coordination
- Manage office supplies, IT/cleaning suppliers, and trade license renewals
- Coordinate courier services, mail handling, and internal communications
- Provide support to the MD, including travel, expenses, and VIP handling for artists and partners
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance or accounting
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
- Qualified accountant status
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to navigate UAE Government systems
- Highly organized with strong numerical accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, modern, or creative office environment
