About the role
Responsibilities
- Process all purchase invoices and investigate discrepancies
- Authorize and match invoices to purchase orders
- Record and enter invoices into MS Dynamics GP
- Organize payment runs and prepare cheques
- Manage supplier accounts and handle daily cash ups
- Perform account reconciliations and administrative duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Accounting qualification (ACCA, CA or equivalent) preferred
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
What we look for
- 2-3 years experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Accounting software knowledge
- ACCA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong organizational skills
