About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations including AP, AR and data entry
- Support bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare expense summaries, payment schedules and basic financial reports
- Process supplier invoices, utility bills and petty cash transactions
- Update tenant ledgers and assist with rent collections
- Support WPS salary processing and commission calculations
- Assist with VAT preparation and documentation
- Coordinate with the Senior Accountant on month-end closing
- Prepare files and supporting documentation for audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- UAE real estate accounting experience
- Basic understanding of UAE accounting practices
- Familiarity with accounting software; Zoho is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good organizational and communication skills
