Junior Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities

• File and maintain invoices, accounting vouchers, and other finance-related documents
• Upload invoices and supporting documents into the Invoice Approval System, Oracle EBS, and other relevant systems
• Retrieve invoice PDF files and supporting documents received from suppliers via email
• Assist the Finance team in maintaining accurate document archives and records
• Support invoice processing and document tracking activities
• Prepare statements and perform other clerical duties as assigned by the Finance Department
• Ensure all documentation is organized, accurate, and maintained within required timelines

Requirements

• Recent graduate or 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and document management
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage high volumes of documents and meet deadlines
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, Odoo, or QuickBooks is an advantage
