About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of classic and house-signature cocktails under the guidance of senior bar staff
- Take drink orders and interact with guests to recommend beverages based on their preferences
- Maintain proper stock rotation, garnish prep, and bar mise en place before and during service
- Operate the POS system accurately for orders, payments, and end-of-shift reconciliation
- Follow all responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements
- At least 1 year of bartending or bar-support experience
- Basic knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixing techniques
- Good communication and guest-service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- UAE hospitality experience is an advantage
