Junior Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the annual brand and marketing strategy
• Lead the planning and delivery of integrated monthly marketing campaigns
• Coordinate campaign assets across Digital, Social, CRM, Retail, and PR
• Monitor campaign KPIs and produce performance reports
• Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure all marketing activity complies with internal governance and regulatory requirements
• Support campaign budget management and supplier onboarding

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or Business Management
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles (Paid Media, Social, CRM)
• Experience in agency management and cross-functional leadership
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
